How can I help you?

“There are two mistakes you can make along the way to the truth … do not go all the way, and do not start”.
(Confucious)

Your life will continue, even when you need a break to enjoy yourself, to reflect or decide to make a change. You might feel tired and like to rest, but responsibilities are always there.

You rush to meet deadlines and commitments, but at the end of the day, you often go to sleep without doing even a small action that may have helped you feel better or had an effective break to help you to recover. And it is stress that continues its journey, not you.

You cannot change your past, but you can make sure that you manage better your present and future by becoming, day by day, a skilled navigator of your life.

During this journey you will learn how to navigate, taking care of yourself and your boat and be able to orient yourself when you may feel lost. You will be able to manage unexpected events better and use the resources that are within you in order to support youserlf when life tests you with its storms.
I am here to help you to choose the right route to follow, positioning the sails in the best way. If the wind changes, I will change their position so you can always follow the same route.

But this journey can only start if you are ready to leave.

I HELP YOU TO TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF

The wish to improve yourself is a great journey! You will learn much more about yourself, and you could see your bright and dark sides, and to love and accept them as well. But you need to be aware that it is not going to be a linear path.

I HELP YOU TO SUPPORT YOURSELF

The main stages of this journey and possible unexpected events and/or changes of routes can be a source of psychological stress because they always involve a change. They will require you to adapt to new roles, environments and circumstances.

I HELP YOU TO FIND THE RIGHT PATH

You have ahead of you an ocean of opportunity and to choose who you want to be, what you want to do and where you want to go can represent a big challenge. In fact, to live “without borders” allows you to be free but also confused and undecided.
